Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required. Data entered during the trial carries over when you move to a paid plan, so nothing is set up twice.
What is not included in the price?
Prices exclude applicable taxes and any hardware you need — a barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer or cash drawer. EncoderPOS runs in a browser, so no dedicated POS terminal is required.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving from Starter to Growth adds branches, users, customer ledgers and permissions on the same account and the same data. Nothing is re-entered.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves two months on every plan.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise is priced to the chain, because unlimited branches and users, the accounting module, API access and a data migration are not the same job for every business. Contact us with your branch and user count for a figure.
